Cindi Haworth joined FaithSearch Partners in 2020. As Research Manager, she supports the FaithSearch Partners team with industry research and candidate sourcing. She builds individualized strategies to guide how the Research Team approaches sourcing for each search. Utilizing a variety of software tools, resources, and proprietary techniques, she is able to get targeted results. Cindi also helps manage onsite support needs in the Dallas office.
Cindi has prior experience as a program coordinator where she was involved in researching churches, managing and supporting several programs, customer service, and event planning.
Cindi holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the University of North Texas. She lives with her husband in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
