As CNO, Graves will be responsible for overseeing directly and indirectly all nursing care, and some ancillary services, provided at its facilities. She will be tasked in particular with leading quality and patient satisfaction scores to even higher levels.

Graves most recently served as Chief Nursing Officer at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Westover Hills in San Antonio, Texas. She holds a master’s degree in health services administration from Saint Joseph’s College, a bachelor’s degree of science in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Excelsior College, and an associate’s degree in applied sciences in nursing from the University of the State of New York.
