FaithSearch Partners is proud to announce that international youth mentorship and evangelism ministry Young Life has selected Candace Grisdale to lead development efforts for the organization’s largest global platform, its Africa and Middle East Division. Grisdale assumes her new role as Director of Development for the Division in August 2019.

Young Life’s Africa and Middle East Division has been an innovation leader within the ministry, and Grisdale will continue this legacy with expert oversight in the areas of Major Donor Care, Sustaining Gifts, Sponsorship Programs, Regional Team Initiatives, Grants, and Foundations.

Greg Barnes, FaithSearch’s Mission Enterprise Division President, says the organization couldn’t be more excited to welcome Grisdale aboard and calls her “an energetic partner with a commitment to excellence who will no doubt be a key addition to the Young Life team.”

Grisdale began her career with Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft, holding positions such as Director of Multinational Accounts, General Manager of Marketing, Operations, and Strategy, and Senior Director of Worldwide Sales. She joined the nonprofit world in 2016 as the Chief Development Officer for Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission. She has a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Whitman College and is working toward an MBA from Seattle Pacific University.
