Bob is a seasoned executive search leader with an unwavering commitment to seeing optimal leaders in healthy environments, fulfilling their purpose and the organization’s God-given mission. His work with FaithSearch clients is informed by 25 years of work in executive search and organizational consulting, where he has partnered with a diverse array of clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to Christian non-profits, higher education institutions, and family-owned enterprises.
Prior to his work in executive search, Bob held leadership positions with various non-profit organizations across California and Arizona, including churches, universities, and social service agencies. His expertise extends to academia, having spent 13 years teaching in graduate leadership and management programs at Azusa Pacific and California Baptist Universities. Currently, he serves as a Fellow for the Dr. Paul and Annie Kienel Leadership Institute at California Baptist University.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Bob is an avid sports fan and enjoys culinary experimentation and cycling. He holds a B.S. from Grand Canyon University, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, and has completed coursework for a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University. Together with his wife, Dr. Deb Baker, a professor at Simpson University, Bob takes pride in their daughters, Rachel, a recent graduate of California Baptist University, and Becca, currently studying at George Fox University.
