FaithSearch Partners has been retained to conduct the search for the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.  Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) is a not-for-profit facility with nearly 1,000 licensed beds and is one of the largest and most prestigious medical centers in the nation.  This facility serves as a major center for patient care, medical training and research in North Texas.

The Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer will oversee directly and indirectly all nursing care. The nursing division employs approximately 1,700 nursing FTEs, of which approximately 83 percent hold a BSN.  The Medical Center has nearly 40,000 admissions and 110,000 Emergency Room visits each year.  BUMC serves as the flagship hospital of the North Texas Division of Baylor Scott & White Health which was formed in 2013 through the merger of Scott & White with Baylor Health Care System.
