Texas-based Providence Healthcare Network (PHN) has retained FaithSearch Partners to manage search engagements for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). The CNO assumes the ultimate leadership responsibility for all aspects of nursing care within PHC and will represent the interests of patients and caregivers to the executive team during strategic and policy-related discussions and decisions. He or she will be accountable for establishing credibility as an operationally astute leader capable of developing a high-performing nursing team and advancing clinical quality, employment engagement, customer service and productivity.
