FaithSearch Partners affiliate CES Partners is partnering with CHI St. Vincent Health System in launching a national search for a Vice President/Chief Mission Officer. Headquartered in Little Rock, CHI St. Vincent is a regional health network serving Arkansas, comprised of 4 hospitals plus primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care, home health, rehabilitation and surgery centers. CHI St. Vincent is a part of Catholic Health Initiatives, one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation, operating 101 hospitals in 18 states.
Reporting to the Market President/CEO, the VP/Chief Mission Officer will promote the integration of the organization’s mission and create and lead initiatives to shape strategy and culture in accordance with mission. The position will oversee pastoral care (5-6 chaplains), ethics, community benefit reporting, grant writing, community outreach, two senior centers, suicide prevention, and the Leadership Development Institute.
