FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that the Dallas-based early care and education organization, Lionheart Children’s Academy, has selected Angie Fuentes as its new Executive Director of People. In her role, Ms. Fuentes will provide overall talent leadership and development for Lionheart’s six academy locations in DFW. The Executive Director of People role is a new addition to Lionheart’s leadership team.
Fuentes is a veteran Human Resources leader, having worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Mosaic North America and also as a Recruiting and Staffing Manager for Kandor Group. Although her most recent roles have been serving corporate agencies, Ms. Fuentes is no stranger to the world of early care and education. In 2004, she founded Future Stars Academy, a childcare and education center in the Houston area, which she operated for 11 years. Fuentes has a background in Psychology and is originally from California.
