Throughout his 30-plus years of media ministry and pastoral leadership, Mike has devoted much of his life to ministry. Mike joined FaithSearch Partners in 2021. His recent search experience has enhanced his leadership abilities. He has successfully partnered with some of the top leaders in Christian academia and non-profit ministry.
In addition to serving as senior pastor for several Seventh-day Adventist church congregations in the DFW Metroplex for more than 20 years, Mike served as a Director and Executive Producer at Faith for Today for over 15 years. He continues to serve as a seminar presenter with “Mad about Marriage,” “The Choice,” “Good Grief: Tears to Joy,” and as the host of the award-winning show, Lifestyle Magazine.
Mike has a Master’s in Counseling from Andrews University and a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education, Religion and History from Southwestern Adventist University (SWAU). A devoted community leader, he has served as a “Pastor’s Pastor” for SDA ministers. He has authored several books, including Journal of a Lonely God; Jesus, He’s All You’ll Ever Need, Meeting Jesus in the Book of Revelation; Every Good Thing; Ten Keys to a Happy Marriage, Tears to Joy and many more.
