Mark Ishikawa

Mark Ishikawa leverages his extensive leadership experience to help faith-based organizations recruit top executive talent. With expertise in organizational development and community engagement, Mark specializes in guiding faith-driven organizations through leadership transitions, ensuring alignment with their mission and values.

In addition to his work at FaithSearch, Mark has served as Vice President of Community  Transformations at Blue Zones, leading initiatives that promote well-being, longevity, and social connection to create healthier, more vibrant communities.

Mark has held leadership roles in healthcare, education, and faith-based organizations. He previously served as System Administrative Director of Community Well-Being at Adventist Health, where he led community health strategies, and as Executive Director of Enrollment Management at Loma Linda University. He also served as Associate Vice President of Advancement at Pacific Union College, Executive Pastor at Grand Advent Church, Lead Chaplain at Greater Boston Academy, and Youth Pastor at Loma Linda Mission Road Church.

Mark holds a Master’s degree from Andrews University and a Bachelor’s from Pacific Union College. He is also a Certified Professional Coach and is dedicated to serving others through his professional work and community involvement.
