FaithSearch Partners has been retained to support a search for a Chief Financial Officer for Jews for Jesus in San Francisco, California. Founded in 1973 by Dr. Moishe Rosen, Jews for Jesus began as a small cadre of young Jewish believers in Jesus, dedicated to reaching out with the good news of the Messiah to people in their community. Over its 44-year history, the ministry has expanded to thirteen countries and 25 cities around the world. Jews for Jesus continues to embrace new, creative modes of ministry to keep up with changing times and technologies.  The Jews for Jesus staff and corps of volunteers spans multiple generations including Boomers and Millennials.

“Jews for Jesus is a remarkable ministry that exists to make the messiahship of Jesus an unavoidable issue to Jewish people worldwide,” said Jeff Jernigan, Senior Vice President of FaithSearch Partners. “We are honored to be working with Halftime Talent Solutions in managing this search.”

The Chief Financial Officer will provide overall vision for financial policy for the organization and will establish financial and operational strategy. The role will lead all aspects of financial administration, business planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting. The CFO is an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and ensures the integrity of the ministry’s fiscal accountability and stewardship in keeping with the Jews for Jesus mission and values.

FaithSearch is partnering with Halftime Talent Solutions in Dallas, who is directly managing the search. For more information, contact Greg Barnes, President and Senior Consultant at Halftime Talent Solutions, at greg.barnes@halftimetalent.com.
