Hawaii’s Largest Post-Acute Co. Names New Chief Operating Officer and Director of Nursing

Faithsearch Partners is pleased to announce its client, Ohana Pacific Management Company (OPMC), has selected Jamie Campbell as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective January 6, 2017, and Dana Marston as a facility Director of Nursing, effective February 6, 2017.

Reporting to the President of OPMC, as Chief Operating Officer, Campbell will be directly responsible for operations of its post-acute/long term care operations. Based in Kaneohe, Oahu, she will work with all seven Hawaiian facilities and serve as a critical leader for OPMC.

With over 20 years in-depth experience in the post-acute care setting. Campbell has recently served as an Operations Consultant in Post-Acute Care and as Senior Vice President of Operations for Regency Pacific Inc. in Bellevue, WA. She holds a juris doctor (JD) degree from Widener School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Dana Marston will serve as the Director of Nursing at Pu’uwai ‘O Makaha, a 93-bed rural skilled nursing facility in Waianae on the Island of Oahu, owned and managed by Ohana Pacific Management Company. Reporting to the Facility Administrator, she will serve as a critical leader of the facility, directly responsible for nursing operations of the facility and for implementing effective and ongoing programs to improve quality of care.

“Dana brings to Ohana Pacific a wealth of healthcare nursing knowledge and a commitment to best practices,” said Kuhlman. “With her leadership experience, she will drive employee engagement and patient satisfaction for the facility.”

With more than 12 years of healthcare experience, Marston most recently served as Director of Nursing at Crowne Place of Springhill in Mobile, Alabama. She holds a bachelor’s degree of science in nursing from the University of Mobile.
