FaithSearch Partners has been retained by Ohana Pacific Management Company (OPMC) in Oahu, Hawaii, to manage two leadership searches. The first is for their Director of Clinical Operations and the second for the Facility Administrator for Ann Pearl Rehabilitation & Healthcare. OPMC is a locally-owned and operated health care management company based in the Honolulu area (Kaneohe) of Hawaii and the largest post-acute organization in the state, providing a continuum of healthcare services.  With annual net revenues of approximately $57 million, OPMC consists of five skilled nursing facilities, two adult day health service facilities and a home health agency to support care transitions between the hospital, skilled nursing, rehabilitative programs and home.

The Director of Clinical Operations will help OPMC lead and manage their PA/LTC clinical operations on two islands of Hawaii (Oahu & Kauai). Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position will serve on the leadership team and represent the interests of patients and caregivers during strategic and policy-related planning.

“The more I work with Ohana Pacific Management Company, the more I am genuinely impressed by this organization, specifically their quality of care and their deeply-rooted Christian values integrated into their operations. It is clear to me that OPMC is making a great impact on their Hawaiian communities, both clinically and spiritually,” said Scott Kuhlman, Senior Vice President at FaithSearch Partners. “Their future Director of Clinical Operations needs to be a strong nursing leader with significant experience in post-acute patient care, ideally within a multi-facility system or corporate environment like OPMC. The director will also need to have a passion and enthusiasm for the company’s faith-based culture and be able to appreciate and integrate into the Hawaiian community.”

The second search is for the Facility Administrator for Ann Pearl Rehabilitation & Healthcare, a 104-bed skilled nursing facility in Kaneohe, on the island of Oahu, owned and managed by Ohana. The Facility Administrator will lead and help manage the skilled nursing facility’s operations and strategies and will report to OPMC’s Chief Operating Officer.

“The next Facility Administrator for Ann Pearl will be a seasoned leader in the SNF arena,” said Kuhlman. “Like the Director of Clinical Operations search, this position will be filled by someone who places value on OPMC’s Christian mission while delivering cost-effective health care services that emphasize compassion, comfort and dignity.”
