Rick Fisk, Vice President at FaithSearch Partners, will be one two keynote speakers at the DeerGrove Covenant Church’s Men’s Retreat in October. The retreat will be held at the University of Saint Mary of the Lake in Mundelein, Illinois. Fisk will be discussing what he considers the ten most perplexing issues in Christianity, in the hope that one of the topics will challenge and inspire each man to a more vigorous study of the Bible.

Fisk also recently wrote a short series of devotionals that were published in The Covenant Home Altar, a quarterly publication of the Evangelical Covenant Church. They can be found in the July/August/September 2017 publication. For more information, visit their website  here.

Active in both FaithSearch’s Ministry and Post-Acute/Senior Living Divisions, Fisk is an ordained minister for the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church and formerly served for thirteen years as the President & CEO of Covenant Retirement Communities (CRC), the fifth largest faith-based not-for-profit serving the senior living industry. He has also served as Vice President of Presbyterian Homes and Services of Minnesota, President of Children’s HeartLink International, and Director of Major Gifts for Crown College in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota. He holds a master’s degree from Ashland Theological Seminary, where he studied organizational development within the church, and an undergraduate degree from Nyack College. In his professional capacity, he has served on a number of boards including LeadingAge’s Faith Based Council and Covenant Retirement Communities board of directors.
