Based in the Washington D.C. and Durango, Colorado areas, Schwien and the Swingles will work with the firm’s ministry clients in the executive search process.

Schwien most recently served at the Oasis Friendship Center in Falls Church, Virginia. Prior to that she served as Assistant Director for Client Services at Assist Crisis Pregnancy Center in Annandale, Virginia.
“Ron and Geri Swingle bring more than twenty years of experience in faith-based ministry as coaches, life plan facilitators and as founders of the Retreat at Hidden Treasure, an executive retreat and training center involved in supporting churches and ministry organizations, pastors, missionaries and missions executive staff,” said Jernigan.
Ron Swingle has a background in Fortune 500 IT Technology Consulting as a practice leader serving firms like ExxonMobil, Qualcomm, and Pepsi. Geri Swingle founded WholeWomanMinistry to provide coaching and life-planning services to women and married couples, and is ranked among the top Life Planning thought leaders in the country by Life Purpose Coaching Centers International. They currently make their home in Durango, CO.
