2018 marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for executive search firms FaithSearch Partners and Halftime Talent Solutions, as the merger they announced in mid-2017 becomes official. Both firms specialize in managing leadership searches for faith-based organizations, with FaithSearch being a top-ten retained search firm for healthcare clients and Halftime Talent serving mission-motivated non-profit and for-profit clients. The expansion means a stronger, wider resource base for both and new ventures as their combined global networks grow.

The combined entity will continue the FaithSearch Partners brand, with former Halftime Talent Solutions’ CEO Greg Barnes now serving as President of FaithSearch’s Mission Enterprise division, which will oversee leadership searches for not-for-profits, ministries, churches, and marketplace businesses seeking leadership with strong spiritual values. The division will also manage non-search related activities, such as interim leadership and various consulting services.

“We are delighted, excited and blessed to be significantly broadening our search capabilities to ministries and not-for-profits through this merger,” says Ed Fry, FaithSearch CEO.  “The team at Halftime Talent has a deep network and history of positively impacting the faith-based community through quality retained search, leadership succession consulting, and board prospect sourcing. Greg also has a deep background in healthcare search that we plan to draw from in our healthcare division. We look forward to continuing to serve clients old and new through this partnership.”
