FaithSearch Partners, one of the largest retained search firms in health and senior care, is pleased to announce a joint venture with two other leading search firms to form “HealthSearch Partners.”  HSP will focus on CEO and other high level post-acute and senior care corporate executive searches; collectively, the new venture will be the fifth largest firm serving the healthcare provider community.  Joining FaithSearch are Chicago-based CES Search Partners, led by Barry Cesafsky, and Southerland Partners, founded by Keith Southerland and Neill Marshall, based in Dallas.

“We are excited to bring a new yet deeply experienced group of search veterans together to provide senior and post-acute system boards and CEOs a high quality alternative to the traditional ‘big shop’ firms for their most critical leadership search needs,” said Ed Fry, FaithSearch CEO, who is also serving as the CEO of HealthSearch Partners.  “We are positioned to compete quite well; even though we’ll be the fifth largest firm in our industry, we’ll still be considerably smaller than the ‘big four’ firms.  That means less candidate ‘off-limits’ concerns than our competitors so we can better serve our clients.”

Fry said HealthSearch Partners is slated to officially launch nationally in January 2018 but is already fielding inquiries now.  All three firms plan to continue to serve their own clients.  “FaithSearch will not go away; it will continue to focus on senior and middle management searches for faith-based healthcare and not-for-profit organizations, colleges/universities and ministries,” said Fry.
