Adventist Health System Names New Chief Human Resources Officer

As CHRO, Azevedo will envision, develop and implement a system-wide human resources strategy that aligns with the organization and its transformational business objectives.

Azevedo most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for Florida Blue/Guidewell in Jacksonwille, Florida. Prior to that role, she served as Assistant Vice President of HR Leadership and Employee Communication for Baptist Health South Florida in Miami, Florida. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Andrews University.
